Jeff is a retired United Church of Christ minister and has also served the equivalent of regional minister in Minnesota and associated minister in Indiana and the middle Atlantic area. He has extensive experience in working with United Church of Christ denominational organizations and non-profits.

Jim graduated from Howard University in June 2001, and was ordained on August 4, 2001. He has been a practicing attorney since 1973.

Interim Music Director
A choir director and organist for numerous congregations during his distinguished career, Charles has published many choral compositions with GIA Publishers (Chicago), and is among the "pioneers" of class-piano instruction. Following twenty-eight years on the faculty of Southern Connecticut State University, Charles retired as Professor Emeritus. The University's "Charles Garner Recital Hall" is named in his honor. |
